FIRM OVERVIEW

Why Choose Johnson & Johnson?

At Johnson & Johnson, we embrace the idea that responsiveness results in ineffectiveness. It was an idea brought to life by our firm’s founder back in 1929, and one we continue to hold as integral to our practice. We act on that belief through being readily available to our clients, thoroughly addressing their concerns, and promptly returning telephone calls and e-mail messages.

What began as the vision of one man, Attorney Clifford A. Johnson has continued as a family tradition. Though our firm’s founder has since passed, the law firm continues as Johnson & Johnson under the partnership of his son and grandson, attorneys George W. Johnson and William G. Johnson.

Our Attorneys

George W. Johnson, son of firm founder Clifford A. Johnson, was admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey in 1965, in the U.S. District Court District of New Jersey in 1965 and before the U.S. Supreme Court in 1969. His practice focuses on real estate transactions, land use, estate planning.

William G. Johnson, the grandson of founder Clifford A. Johnson and son of partner George W. Johnson, received bar admissions to both the state of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey in 1992. His practice focuses primarily on litigation, criminal defense, and personal injury law.

Personal Legal Services Since 1929 – A Family Tradition of Quality

Our multi-generational firm began as a dream of our founder. He envisioned a law office that would provide professional representation and personal service to all clients. In 1929, he opened the doors to his practice where friends, neighbors, and residents of Dover and the surrounding communities could easily access quality legal services. Both of our partners have practiced in the same county for the duration of their professional lives, and both are committed to continuing the tradition of providing accessible and effective legal services.
